  • Proof of residency (document must be within 60 days)

  • Immunization records

What is registration?

  • During registrations, students will be:

  • Taking ID and yearbook pictures

  • Picking up textbooks and
    Chromebooks

  • Ordering PE clothes

  • S20 shirt and shorts combo

  • Sio Shirt

  • Sio Shorts

  • DVMS Spirit gear will be for sale
